◆ How to participate in the event and how to get the special viewing area admission ticket with reference number
On the day of the event, for customers who have made a reservation (advance payment) for the target product at each store or special counter, 1 [special viewing area admission ticket with reference number] and 1 [privilege event participation ticket] per CD I will give you.
[Special viewing area admission ticket with reference number] can be given up to 1 per person.
[Bonus event participation ticket] will be given according to the number of tickets reserved in advance.
In addition, the amount of money for the number of sheets is required as a deposit at the time of reservation. Only cash can be used to accept reservations at the venue. (Please note that credit cards, electronic money, gift certificates, etc. cannot be used, and point cards cannot be used.)
The reference number of the [Special Viewing Area Admission Ticket with Reference Number] will be the entrance number to the venue. We will guide customers to the priority viewing area in order of reference number.
[Special viewing area admission ticket with reference number] will be given at random.
Please note that the order of delivery and the order of reference numbers are irrelevant.
Please note that if you do not make it in the order of entry of the numbered ticket number, you may be guided at the end.
Occupation of seats by bags, clothing, etc. other than your own place is prohibited.
If the customer leaves their luggage or clothing, the operation may keep the luggage. In that case, please note that you may not be able to return to the same place.
If there are a large number of participants at the time of the CD reservation start time, we may draw a lottery by adding an admission ticket to the special viewing area of the loss.
The lottery for the special viewing area admission ticket will end as soon as the number of the special viewing area admission ticket with the reference number and the special viewing area admission ticket for the loss is reached.
Please do not wait all night to receive the special viewing area admission ticket or form a waiting line before the specified time.
If you are allowed to wait all night, not only will you not be able to hand over the special viewing area admission ticket, but you may also be refused participation in the event itself.
Depending on the circumstances of the venue, only customers who have a special viewing area admission ticket with a numbered ticket may be required to participate in this event.
◆ Regarding receipt of reserved products
* The reservation slip (customer copy) given at the time of reservation is required when the product is picked up at the store. Please take good care of it.
* Reserved CDs can only be picked up at the store where the reservation was made.
Please note that we cannot respond to requests for receipt at stores that do not support mailing or at other stores.
* Products will be handed over after the product arrival date on 4/25 (Tuesday) PM.
* Please note that the period for receiving the reserved items will be four weeks (until May 24) from the release (arrival). If you do not contact us by then, we may consider the reservation to be canceled and dispose of the target product.
In that case, please note that the reservation price already paid will not be refunded.
* Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or changes to the reserved product specifications after the reservation is made.
